About QIC

Chad Fletcher, P.E. - Vice President/Operations

Chad joined the company in August 2005. He is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. He has worked on many projects in land and site development and onshore and offshore oil/gas development. He has held various positions as project engineer and project manager with Carter & Burgess Inc. (Jacobs Engineering) and Costello, Inc. and served as project manager on several oil and gas development projects.
